Raisin is dried grape which is a rich source of iron, potassium, calcium and vitamins B . It has antioxidant properties and helps to prevent cell damage. Raisins are the ripe and dried grape that according to the type of grape, the method and condition of drying and added permitted additives, are sold in the market under different names, and like other dried fruits can be found all over the year.
